Our minimum order quantities vary depending on the item, decoration technique (print, embroidery, laser) and manufacturing location. Many of our products start MOQs at 25 units for common items, while specialty or premium items may require higher MOQs (e.g. 100+). We always endeavour to find options that suit small and large orders alike.

You can purchase small quantities directly through Merch Crew without waiting for a quote, as we simplify sourcing promotional products in Australia for small teams.

Once artwork has been supplied, mockups are provided for approval within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Production lead times depend on the product, decoration method, quantity, and whether items are stocked vs custom ordered. In general, if items are in stock:

• Standard custom orders: 10–15 business days after artwork approval
• Rush or express orders: 1–10 business days after artwork approval. Shop our Express Range.
• Blank promotional items: 1–2 business days
• Custom Indent Order: 21–40 business days after artwork approval

Shipping times vary based on your location in Australia (or overseas).

• NSW metro areas: 1–3 business days
• Interstate metro areas: 2–8 business days
• Remote & Regional areas: 7-15 business days (depending on courier route)
• International: approximately 7–21 business days (subject to customs)

These times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors (weather, logistic disruptions, customs, etc.).

Production does not begin until order is paid in full.

Payment is required in full upfront before production begins. We accept secure payment methods including bank transfer and major credit cards. A formal tax invoice is provided, and your order will only proceed once payment and artwork approval are confirmed. This process ensures transparency, protects your order, and guarantees on-time delivery. For long-term or high-volume clients, we may offer credit terms upon approval.

Full refunds are available anytime before a mockup or artwork approval is signed. Once the customer provides artwork approval and production has commenced, returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or customer error for custom printed items are no longer possible.

Please review your order carefully and confirm all details — including product type, colour, artwork, and quantities — before providing final approval.

We take quality control seriously. If your order arrives with defects, incorrect branding, or is not as approved, notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a remake, replacement, or refund. Please note that minor variations in colour, alignment, or material texture are normal in print production and do not qualify as defects.

We recommend high-resolution, print-ready files to ensure sharp, quality results. Artwork requirements include:

• Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) — ideal for logos and scalable art
• High-resolution raster files (PNG, TIFF) at minimum 300 dpi at full print size
• Embedded Images (not linked)
• Outlined Fonts (not supplied)
• CMYK File Format with spot colours specified, if any

If your artwork doesn’t match these requirements, our design team can assist with file cleanup or recreation (at an additional fee).

Yes, we provide complimentary mockups for all orders so you can preview how your design will look on the product. We also offer graphics and artwork services, including file cleanup, logo vectorisation, and minor design tweaks. For full design services, we can arrange a custom quote.
