That’s why we offer our Price Match Promise — so you can shop with confidence knowing you’re getting the best value on every order.

How It Works

If you find the same product, with the same print decoration, quantity, and delivery timeframe, offered by another Australian-based supplier, we’ll do our best to beat or match their price.

Our goal is simple: give you fair, competitive pricing while maintaining the quality, service, and ethical standards that define Merch Crew.

What Qualifies

To qualify for a price match:

    • The item must be identical in brand, model, decoration method, and quantity.
    • The competitor must be an Australian business with a valid ABN.
    • The competitor’s quote must be current, genuine, and verifiable in writing (quote, invoice, or public website listing).
    • Delivery lead time must be comparable to Merch Crew’s quoted timeframe.
    • The comparison must include all associated costs (e.g. setup, decoration, freight).

What’s Excluded

Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:

    • Clearance, liquidation, or short-term promotional pricing
    • Auction or marketplace listings (e.g. eBay, Facebook Marketplace)
    • Overseas suppliers or non-ABN businesses
    • Quotes with incomplete artwork or altered product specifications
    • Errors, misprints, or out-of-date competitor listings

When to Request

Submit your price match request before placing your order.
We can’t adjust prices after your order has been confirmed or artwork approval has been given.

How to Request a Price Match

It’s quick and simple:

    1. Email us at sales@merchcrew.com.au
    2. Include:
      • The competitor’s quote or link
      • Your desired product, quantity, and decoration details
      • Any relevant deadline or delivery requirements
    3. We’ll verify and get back to you within one business day with our best offer.

Our Promise

If the conditions are met, we’ll match or beat the competitor’s price — while still delivering the quality, reliability, and ethical production that Merch Crew is known for.

Terms & Conditions

    • Price Match comparisons are made exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
    • Each claim applies to a single product line and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
    • Merch Crew reserves the right to verify competitor quotes and to decline a request if conditions are not met.
    • The Price Match Promise may be updated or withdrawn at any time without notice.
