Trade Pricing Tiers 
Tier 1 – Trade: 5% off RRP (placed 3 orders with total spend > $10,000 ex GST)
Tier 2 – Pro: 10% off RRP (rolling 12 month spend > $40,000 ex GST)
Tier 3 – Partner: 15% off RRP (rolling 12 month spend > $100,000 ex GST)
Actual discount depends on product, decoration method, and volume. Setup/freight excluded.

Minimum Tier Guarantee: Once your trade account has been approved, you’ll remain at Tier 1 – Trade as a minimum, regardless of yearly spend fluctuations.

All trade accounts are reviewed at the end of each financial year. Accounts that no longer meet the minimum spend requirements will roll back one tier for the following period.

Ordering & Fulfilment Notes
Mockup approval required prior to production
Full refunds available any time before mockup/artwork approval is signed
After artwork approval and once production has commenced, refunds/returns/exchanges aren’t possible for custom printed items (ACL rights for faulty goods still apply)
All deliveries are ATL (Authority To Leave); once marked delivered by the courier, risk passes to customer
We do not offer specialised shipping (timed deliveries, after-hours, weekend, same-day)
Standard couriers; national coverage; tracking provided
